US Delegation at "ASAN Service"

A delegation of assistants to members of the U.S. Congress, currently on a visit to our country, became acquainted with the activities of the "ASAN Service" center.

Jeyhun Salmanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, provided detailed information to the guests about "ASAN Service" and other areas of activity of the State Agency. It was noted that "ASAN Service," created on the personal initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, has played a significant role in ensuring public access to state services. It was also emphasized that "ASAN Service" is currently  cooperating with over 20 countries and international organizations to share the  experience of “ASAN Service”.

Furthermore, it was mentioned that the State Agency was honored with the United Nations Public Service Award in 2015 and a special UN award in 2019 for the development of public services through the application of digital governance.

The guests highly appreciated the "ASAN Service" concept and noted that the activities carried out by the State Agency in the fields of public services and social innovations left a positive impression on them.

The delegation also familiarized themselves with the activities of the -"INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center and "ABAD"
