Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Visits "ASAN Service"

On May 14, 2024, Vladimir Kukharev, Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee of the Republic of Belarus, visited the “ASAN Service” center to gain insight into its operations.

Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, provided the visitor with a comprehensive briefing on the goals behind the creation of the “ASAN Service” system, along with other significant activities of the State Agency.

During the discussion, it was emphasized that the State Agency was awarded the United Nations Public Service Award in 2015, received a special UN accolade for advancing public services through digital governance in 2019, and was honored with a special recognition in 2023 under the "Global Government Excellence Award" program as the "Most Advanced Public Service in the World."

The visitor praised the “ASAN Service” concept, remarking that the initiatives undertaken by the State Agency in public service delivery and the advancement of social innovations made a lasting impression.

Additionally, the representative from the Republic of Belarus visited the "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center to observe its operational processes.
