The “ASAN Academy–2024” project has concuded


The “ASAN Academy–2024” project, organized jointly by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the “ASAN Volunteers” organization and with support from “BP” company, has been successfully completed.

The event organized on this occasion was attended by Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations, Bakhtiyar Aslanbeyli, vice President for Communications and External Affairs in the Caspian region at “BP” and Anar Musaev, Chairman of the ASAN Volunteers organization.

Over the 4-month duration of the project, participants were provided with specialized programs taught by professional experts in areas such as human resources and project management, public relations and marketing, data analytics, international relations and diplomacy, law and innovation. The training process included seminars and practical sessions focused on team building, leadership, communication and teamwork development.
The project aimed to support young individuals who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills for career advancement through innovative approaches. Following the program, a mentoring initiative will be organized for participants, and they will be redirected toward internship programs in various organizations to gain new expertise.
The main purposes are to increase youth labor activity, provide support for their career advancement, and ensure the proper evaluation of their intellectual potential. One of the main goals is to contribute to the development of our country by increasing social activity.
The young participants who completed the 4-month training program were awarded with diplomas at the event.
This project, which has been implemented 7 times, has received over 6 500 applications with 330 individuals participating.
