The Secretary-General of BSEC at “ASAN Service” center

Lazar Komanesku, Secretary-General of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC), familiarized himself with the activities of the “ASAN Service” center.
Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan provided the guest with detailed information about the various activities of the State Agency, including the “ASAN Service” centers established under the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev and the projects implemented in the field of social innovations.
The Secretary - General highlighted the successful organization of the Ministerial Forum on Green Advanced Governance by the “ASAN Service” centers within the framework of the 29th session of the United Nations Framework 
Convention on Climate Change (COP 29).
The guest particularly emphasized the effective activities of “ASAN Service” as the country coordinator for the BSEC Institutional Reform and Good Governance Working Group for 2021-2023 and 2023-2025.
During the meeting, discussions were held on cooperation regarding the implementation of the “ASAN Service” experience in the member states.
The guest was also provided with the information about the activities of the “INNOLAND” Incubation and Acceleration Center, Mobile “ASAN Service”, “ABAD” public legal entity.
